@ssconquest I seen an Epoxy Roof Coating that work way better than that.A true Epoxy thats 100% water proof.and last for years.

What is the mill thickness? It must break down through oxidization like everything else a rate of a mill a year so if that is 6 mills thick then it should began to fail in 3 or 4 years with building movement. Do you combine this with a polyester matting to add strength? Does the product breathe? Permeability is extremely important if the roof has experienced any leaking, how do you handle that?

FFR-K1 is the only 1 part Kevlar infused Thermoset roof system in the world. We will lose one mil per decade (10 years). Any coating that must use polyester matting should never be put on a roof since it is to weak to perform on its own. We are a bonding agent with Kevlar infused in our system. There is no mixing ever needed and we also do not require a scrim, the kevlar provides a 525,000 psi tensile strength. FFR-K1 is activated and cured by UV & moisture. Water & sun makes us stronger

This application is not only 60% faster than a reroof but also costs 40-60% less and gives the best warranty in the industry, no maintenance needed once applied. The fact is with the energy savings and tax incentives most clients are paid to put FFR on their building.

It is the only liquid kevlar enforced thermoset in the world. Water can not mix with FFR. We can be installed underwater and cure even if the water freezes over us. Call us at (866) 637-ROOF (7663)
