Pokémon Volt White is a ROM hack by Drayano. You can get the patches for the latest versions of Volt White and Blaze Black as well as the documentation and other files for it here:

Blaze Black and Volt White have made all 649 Pokémon internally available in Unova. Many Pokémon got buffed in terms of stats, movepools, abilities, etc. Trainers also have their Pokémon rosters changed. This is version 3.03c of the hack.

I gain my first Pokémon, battled Cheren and Bianca for the first time, got a bicycle from mom, went to Juniper's lab and gained the Pokédex, and headed to Accumula Town.

Be warned, I will catch a lot of Pokémon in this playthrough.

Yes, I did lose to Bianca. Don't even try to bring that up.
