NOW HERE IS HOW YOU DO IT:

Get Four scrolls. Or three. I would prefer four scrolls. Two sets of two different ones. So like two flame scrolls and two super flame/ice scrolls. Flame and ice aren't required just an example. Two sets of two different scrolls.

Hover over the scrolls. Press XXXXX! twice.[Press the x button twice.]

Go to what you want to duplicate and pres the circle button once. It should drop them. Here are the rules of duplicating:

One, you ARE cheating. Deal with it.

Two, you cannot duplicate stolen items. You cannot duplicate nirnroot.

Three, there ARE SOME ITEMS YOU CANNOT DUPLICATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best glitch ever and it isn't fixed yet. Oh and Khajit=best class ever!!!!!!!!!

if ya ask me its worth duplicating the ring of perfection if you can *10+ to all skills baby!* and just make multiple mundane rings *worth 21000 septims but nobody pays that much :(*

@SnowKid32 Yah, Khajiit rules, I've had Oblivion on PC, Xbox 360 and I'm getting it for PS3 on Christmas.. I've only ever completed the Main Questline with Redguard though.. but I ALWAYS use Khajiits.
