@LordVerdo Thanks for the info man. I didn't know that. It's interesting, because to me it's kinda common for some band members from whatever band to have side projects of their own. James and Lars should have cut Jason some slack. I noticed in another video in an audition for bass players, that Lars seems quite possesive on his "feelings" on certain things towards James. James seemed rather annoyed. In the end things cheered up though. Thanx a lot for the info man.

@aaa567ify It was mainly drama because James didn't let Jason do a little side music project (Echo brain). James and Lars would put him down (And Justice for All is a prime example) and when James tried to put him down again Jason said: "No, I'm standing up for myself."

@LordVerdo First time seeing/ listening to Jason Newsted's character, although an old vhs a friend had showed him as a very optimistic young man and bass player but there was no interview. IN this video he seems very easy going and friendly. Was it other Metallica member(s) that had an ego trip and that's why he left. I just heard a couple rumers years back about it and I realized then , that sucks Newsted was'nt with them any more. Must have been drama or differences.
