Nothing special really.
Ingidients for this run were: Light car, average traction, 500bhp. :D
That's all there to it, really.
In fact, with a trap speed this high and with good traction (like on the Pod) it would be a 10 second run.
My guess you do not have 500bhp in the UK, that's why you're behind time wise.
