@O7domenica So very true. I am a Baptist but now am living in the USA and i attend a Pentecostal church and the pastor said that because i was Baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit am not going to heaven. I am only doing what Jesus said in Matthew 28 vers 19.

The judge. Stop criticizing groups and thinking were above one another.. True wisdom is also humility and we should not boast when given revelation some things should be kept between u and God.. We argue over this point but what about love?? What about the fear of God about speaking evil against your brother or sister in ChristI see it almost nowhere among these groups..Satan used the scriptures!!! But he never and can't use love..

Don't take scripture out of context! Some people go up to the alter and confess the faith and go on sinning? And then people get baptized with water and keep on sinning?
Conversion happens in the heart first and if u are a true believer then u would want to be baptized by water.. And u would want to be obedient to all scripture..
Jesus said with his own mouth to be baptized

@katielittlebit For what i said, if BAPTISM saves us by WASHING our SINS AWAY then it should be DONE EVERYDAY unless your SINLESS after the FIRST BAPTISM, now if NOT then u are still in your SINS and this DOCTRINE is FALSE.
Now do i CALL on the name of the LORD EVERYDAY? YES
Acts 22:16 Arise, AND be baptized, AND wash away thy sins,(NO AND) calling on the name of the Lord.
The greek "kai" for "and" separates action or verb, so calling on Jesus wash away SINS. James 5:15 Rom 10:13 Acts 2:21

@katielittlebit So u think James is saying FAITH in CHRIST ALONE DOES NOT SAVE US, or is he saying FAITH ALONE to help the NEEDY is not enough.
Why would anyone think James is talking SAVING FAITH, and WORST that WORKS JUSTIFIES US BEFORE GOD.
Rom. 4:2 For if Abraham were justified by WORKS, he hath whereof to glory; but NOT before God.
Rom 4:5 But to him that WORKETH NOT, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his FAITH is counted for righteousness.

@katielittlebit Hi, first off Jesus DIED for ALL men John 3:16 and when one ACCEPTS Christ they are SAVED by GRACE Eph 2:8 and please notice Paul says in Eph 4:7 "US" speaking of himself AND others that are already SAVED not the WORLD.
Yes, i believe in GRACE ALONE because JESUS IS GOD'S GRACE.
Titus 2:11 For the GRACE of God that bringeth SALVATION hath APPEARED to all men.
Think about it, there is only ONE SAVIOUR and if without BAPTISM WE ARE LOST then u have TWO SAVIOURS.
