retards saying... if your parked at walmart drinking in your car, its private property and there is not a damn thing they can do about it! do you want to make a bet?? its called quasi public property meaning that you expect the same protection regardless of where you are. dont believe me... be a sketchy wonderer drinking/intoxicated in his car at walmart in front of a cop and see what happens...

@jordansname I can vouch for Jordan on that!

@boycottRAVENISE00 that is not law, it's legislation and presumes you are a government agent yourself, DUMBASS. When someone can not make a valid debate, they revert to name calling as you do.
If you are going to debate LEGISLATION, which is not law over the people, you should actually read it. State codes have nothing to do with me as a member of the Republic and the people of the preamble.
Now go away. You're completely ignorant and think this is the Soviet Union.
-
@boycottRAVENISE00 there is no such thing as a lawful driver's license.
You're rather ignorant but 99% of the people in America are. You keep tossing the word law around like you actually know what it means and you obviously don't.
Go do some actual reading rather than being so arrogant and relying on TV and public servants who all lie to you.
-
@boycottRAVENISE00 you again call it law proving you have never read a bill or the codification of the bills in your life.
-
@boycottRAVENISE00 absolute nonsense. You do not even know the difference between law and legislation. If you want to live in democracy or socialism, leave the USA. I however live in the Republic and am under no obligation to obey a public servant unless I am being violent, using fraud in my contracts or violating property.
You do not know what you're talking about and, neither do cops. Cops know nothing about legislation let alone the actual law of the land.

Comment to JonDeth....you got it right dude!

Cops have 3 modes of engagement they must abide by.
1. Communication
2. Detainment
3. Arrest
He was communicating with you which means you were not obligated to talk to him, give him I.D. or cooperate in any way. If you were committing an infraction or a crime, he's now obligated to detain you and possibly arrest you. Fact is, he was completely ignorant of any legislation prohibiting you from staying in your car.
He knows for fact?
He's a liar and bordered on committing fraud.
You can sue.
-
You gave him a lawful I.D. but he can't act upon it.
Then he asks if you're drinking like a pathetic loser in hopes of getting an arrest. These guys are deranged lunatics! You are on private property as is he, he has no jurisdiction unless the owner or administrator of the property called them.

THAT COP WAS A == D I C K
Because the cop asked you if you drink I was wondering if a person could be charged with DUI in a wheelchair. Googled it and a man was passed out in his motorized wheelchair going full throtle down main street and they charged him with DUI and took his wheelchair from him.

J, I am sorry but I am laughing my ass off watching that video. Only because I know you so well and I know how pissed you must have been. Everything you probably wanted to say came to you after he left and the line about him having a gun strapped to his hip, and a billy club on the other was funny.
Did, you have to be careful and take care of yourself. Also, where was Norag the guard dog???
