max/msp support for mackie C4 by NOTAM
This demonstrates granular synthesis on the Max/MSP Mackie implementation.
The Mackie C4 midi controller uses 32 push-button "V-Pots" surrounded by LED rings that display current knob positions. In addition to that you have four 55x2 backlit LCD displays and 19 pushbuttons.
The combination of buttons, LED rings and LCD textdisplay can display all the vital information of your patch dynamically.
Here is a short introduction to the patch collection:

@tapdat50
Calm down, dude. Max has been known to trigger an external sound module or two. ;)
In any case, the sound in this video sounds very much like a Wavestation patch.
Have a better one,

@e6400ultra
It says "Max/MSP" in the title, in the tags, twice in the video description, and multiple times throughout the video. It's actually impressive that you managed to not notice a single one.

Are you triggering a Korg Wavestation in this video?

Do you need to "teach" (midi learn) the mackie in advance or does it recognise the parameters by itself (like Novation's Automap)?
