30 years ago John Schlitt's voice really caught my ear. At that time he was singing for Head East. His wide-range voice is so dynamic and his stage presence -- dramatic.
I don't think the Head East music was bad or evil, it was just the 70's rock lifestyle that was evil. Happy for him.

I'm still trying to decide whether it was better when he had StoneJava to back him... :)
But for me, the best part of the whole thing was him going "There's a higher place to go..." in a deep voice. Awesome! :D
