Epic Pokemon Johto Cities Arrangement (Mario Paint)

Seventy-second video. This was meant to be completed and uploaded when Heart Gold / Soul Silver comes out, but I don't suppose uploading it two weeks early would be a bad thing. The sequel to my previous medley of the R/B/Y cities which many of you have asked for, this is the G/S/C follow-up: an arrangement of every city/town theme in the Johto region. The original tracks are credited to Junichi Masuda and Go Ichinose. **Thanks a lot go to Rusty for recording!** Oh yeah, I also have to thank these snowstorms the U.S. has been having; otherwise, I doubt I would have been able to finish this video in time for the games' release if at all.

Is it vainglorious to call your own video epic? I remember that dilemm--anywho, like the previous piece, each city/town theme is remastered in its original key, and each theme is encountered in the arrangement in the order that that city becomes a principal part in the game. For this one, every individual piece of music that occurs as a city/town theme is included in full (for example, Ecruteak and Cianwood have the same background music, and that loop plays exactly one time between the two of them.) The only theme that is repeated is the one for Cherrygrove City/Mahogany Town (because it's so darn short!) albeit differently each time. Each theme is not designed to be an accurate representation of the original but a rendition, an arrangement. I think overall this arrangement is more stylized than the previous one, for better or worse (for example, Goldenrod City I just wanted to go nuts.) Nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.

I've been on Youtube two years? Wow, thanks a lot to the people who have supported me -- fellow artists on MPC, subscribers, etc. I know I haven't been too active over the past one, but it means a lot to me that people continue to fave, comment, subscribe, etc. It's been a while, and I hope you enjoy this arrangement, as well as Heart Gold and Soul Silver when they arrive.

I honestly have no idea (a long time). I just know the bulk of it (roughly Azalea - Cianwood) was made over that 6-day weekend away from school thanks to the snow. Glad you liked it!

Yup, that's right Larx. The pauses were intentional. I know it's not what one would expect to hear, but, eh, I liked it that way seeing as the song is normally very rigid.

As for a R/S/E/D/P/Pt medley..., I just got done with this one! Haha. The request is very flattering; we'll see what happens in the future. :D

I love how in "Azalea 2" ur going in straight tempo, and then when you get to "Azalea 3" u give us a nice swing tempo, like some kinda Big Broadway Number! And I'm not even done watching the video yet!
