I love the sync of the girl's story-telling voice over the characters in the story. Even the opening has sound from another space in the outdoor scene. Great sense of time and space. Wonderful work!

This film surely has to be listened to for the times that were in it. The most engaging thing is the innocence of the kids.Their interpretation of the stories in terms that they understand is delightful.This film I feel sure was not made to promote religion but just to show how kids can tell a story.Lighten up folks

@FJvoodoo Despite the fact that that had almost no bearing towards religion towards the end, it's not separate religions that are the threat, it's the people. Every religion can be interpreted in a hostile way (Including Christianity), but that doesn't make the religion bad. Also, with our flawed Representative Democracy, many problems stemming from the economy can be attributed to the people as well. Need someone to blame? Blame everyone, ourselves included.
