Well, since you brought it up, sarrah,what does "ascending into your light body" mean to you???

I have heard differing explanations. I would like to hear yours.

We are light. Everything in creation is made of light = photons. When the New Age community or other philosophies talk about "ascending into the light body", the scientific words mean that we will begin vibrating at a frequency that will allow our consciousness to become aware of ourselves as that light - hence, we will be "in" our light body though we are actually in it right now. Many philosophies have attached a significant spiritual connotation upon this idea. All we need do is notice it

Sarrah, as a former elementary school teacher and early childhood teacher, I consider myself very skilled at "breaking the sound barrier" yet I am still unable to breach the indoctrination of the Christian religion on my son (now aged 22 years). He insists on standing by the word of the Holy Bible and will not consider any interpretation apart from the official ones, regardless how simply I explain myself. Now, sometimes it has been difficult for me to express all what is in me. As if words were not enough any more... as if I want to speak in another language. Jeje!

Simplifying. Is that my answer? I believe so.

And the topic of Higher Self is that we should have cleared the clutter of Negative Ego before listening to anything that might seem to come from Higher Self.
