When the road was blooked off for a fire and no through traffic was allowed look at the difference in traffic at after 5.30pm

and if the road was only open to "local traffic"..then abercynon rd would be subjected to it...too long have you park view and greenfield "lot" been selfish and ignorant to what affects you..and not ALL of Abercynon!
