Though a New Jersey dads hopes of finally regaining custody of his son from a Brazilian family were dealt another crushing setback, he vowed that he will never give up his battle to bring the boy home.

Ill never give up on my son, David Goldman declared to TODAYs Meredith Vieira Wednesday morning via satellite from Rio de Janeiro. Its not over.

Goldman had flown to Brazil on Monday after a Brazilian federal court judge ruled that after nearly five years, 9-year-old Sean Goldman had to be returned to his father at the U.S. consulate Wednesday afternoon. On Tuesday, one justice on the Supreme Court of Brazil, acting on a petition filed by a minor political party, canceled the order and ruled that more time was needed to determine if Goldman should get his son back.

No, the worse thing was that the Brazilian grandparents held him hostage and tried to brain wash him according to a Supreme judge in Brazil. The only bitch here was the dead mother for stealing the boy. If she was not happy she should have left the husband. She did not divorce him legally and remarried. The 500 million dollars should be paid for all this mans legal fees and trips to Brazil over the past 5 years. Those people resposible for robbing this child and this man 5 years of thier lives.

Abduction. Thats all one needs to know about this 5 year battle, a battle that shouldn't have been.

Someone needs to abduct and hold hostage the Grandparents and whoever else is responsible for this toss up, and in a country such as Brazil it's a wonder it doesn't happen. Can't imagine what both the child and David are feeling.
