New York City's new marriage bureau, now at 141 Worth Street, opened Monday [http://beta.therealdeal.com/articles/new-marriage-bureau-to-open-Monday]. New York Times reporter Fernanda Santos takes a video tour of the $12 million project. The building, a former Department of Motor Vehicles office redesigned by Jamie Drake, has two wedding chapels. The bathrooms were renovated into dressing rooms, and couples can take pictures in front of an oversized photo of City Hall.
