This is the best way of doing it because a law has been found that allows you to use any song you want, so in the long run you won't have as much of a chance of getting screwed over later, plus this is the fastest way.

Make sure to copy and paste this:
"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."

There have been some cases where this has not worked
If this doesn't work, try this:
Check the name you registered your Account with. Make sure it is the same name that you use to sign your dispute.
Check up on your dispute status once in a while, incase it is rejected. In some odd cases it takes a while.
Make sure that your video doesn't benefit you financially in any way. This law only works for personal use. If you're a partner and you make profit off your vids, then this law does not apply to you and it may not work.

as far as I know, the copyright disclaimer only works for WMG. anyway to beat EMI or UMG without the copyright disclaimer? The copyright disclaimer only works for EMI for a couple of days then EMI blocks it. I got 2 strikes on my channel where I post guitar covers, I don't wanna risk it being deleted. I tried slowing down/screwing with the audio. None of it works. anyone?

@FUDGEcenter I personally could not find a method to deal with UMG, but I haven't researched this in about a year. If you're going to try new methods, make sure to back-up your account!
