  • The "dude" in the yellow jacket is my brother Jesse D. Goins, who played Cyler Johnson on the TV series "The Greatest American Hero" (1981-84). He did this commercial prior to making the films "National Lampoon's Up The Creek" and "Robocop". Most recently he was in commercials for Levitra and Walmart.

  • I miss Stroh's. It was the beer we stole from my old man in PA. Can't find it out west.

  • Someone in another Strohs clip said that Coors had bought out Strohs.

  • @MusicManKevin

your Brother Said "You see this sparky..." holding his balls and all, me and my friends still say that to each other. Well sir, I find that pretty cool.

  • Even though there was a Carling's Brewery in Frankenmuth my hometown, Stroh's Beer was my favorite.

  • Man. Black folk with money.. in the 80's.. in commercials!! That must have been controversial!

No more controversial than a white, Asian, Hispanic or any other race with money. People really need to stop making stereotypical remarks. It is sickening.

  • If you mean the dude in the yellow coat, he was also in "Up The Creek". Surely all of us 80s kids know that.
