"POUTINE is a dish consisting of FRENCH FRIES topped with FRESH CHEDDAR CHEESE CURD, covered with BROWN GRAVY and sometimes... additional ingredients." - Wikipedia

Thierry Pepin is a man living his dream. He opened T POUTINE to bring his favorite food from Quebec to the US.

A promising entrepreneur, an accomplished model and successful actor; Thierry's resume has New Yorkers "tipping their bottoms" and asking "how does he find the time?"

"Born and raised in rural Quebec, at 14 I began managing a business and at 16, started college. My interests were primarily in fine art and design, with an equal passion for cinema. Fortunately I landed the lead role in the feature film, "DANNY IN THE SKY", by Canadian filmmaker Danny Langlois. Shortly thereafter I signed with Canada's top modeling agency Giovanni and began walking the runways of major fashion shows all over the world."

It wasn't long before Thierry graced the pages of such fashion institutions as Harper's Bazaar, to name a cool select few. Major ad campaigns like "Polo Jeans" and "Silver perfume" established his position as a modeling powerhouse, and that fact was etched into stone when he was appointed feature model of the monster international campaign for the fragrance "ROMANCE by Ralph Lauren" and featured actor in the Belvedere Vodka campaign, "Curious About Maceration".

Check him out in the new Greg Homme - Preview 2011 - Behind the scenes (ad). Eating Poutine hasn't hurt this boy one bit...

Thierry continues to pursue his acting and modeling career, all the while working to establish T POUTINE as a popular American mainstay. located on Ludlow Street, the hottest street in the hottest City in the world.

"We've just opened and as of yet haven't got our liquor but I invite you to (BYOB) bring your own booze. There are several liquor stores in the immediate neighborhood. We have no corkage fee and accept all major credit cards.

Richard Currier, thank you for your YouTube design, editing and assisting in our ad campaign. Find Richard

Come on in, BE HUNGRY, and please say hello! I look forward to introducing you to the "national meal of Canada" and possibly the greatest meal you've NEVER heard of!"

Warmest regards,
Thierry Pepin

  • @Anime77Lover but it's a french-canadian dish from Quebec only , other part of Canada won't have a better Poutine than here .

  • what a patronizing piece of crap. anyhow, poutine FTW.

  • mmmm poutine, too bad abc cant portray canadians right showing 'typical' whether and how bland we are.

  • @rolldj there's no meat in regular poutine...

  • i like how stupid and stereotypical they make us look, showing only remote, frosty areas and hockey players. and i ESPECIALLY like his quote: "could you spot a canadian in the street? probably not. they walk... quietly... among us" like we're sleeper agents or extraterrestrials in disguise

  • what the fuck was that annoucer saying at the beginning? when you think of canada, you think of... donuts? since when are canadians donut afficionados?

  • Good promo for Poutine and canadian food...but it's really sad to see the extreme level of ignorance most Americans face on a daily basis..."We're gonna win this war for Uncle Sam!" like flava flav would say "wowwwwwwww" fukn retards

  • @Anime77Lover lol so true

  • I am thinking of starting a canadian food truck in la..

  • EW. I prefer Poutine from Quebec.
