@DarkMeir At this time, the options for boys to be in shape was limitless. Sports and conditioning exercises (weights) were considered normal for boys. There wouldn't have been any market.

I had this when i awe little. my set came with had weights that u had to fill with either sand or water to make them heavy,

I think all girls should wear tights and leotards like these girls did in this ad as it looks cute.
