Honour

Today's people are cowards and opportunists, and would rather shoot a man in his back. "Back in the days" men faught each other with honour and respect. It was admirable, men gained respect and some gained power. but it was always a fair fight... mostly a fair fight.
This was a short film that had 1 light in the "club" scene, 1 camera over all... and a few bruises from the Guava stick in the sticklicking sequence. Oh... the actors got the script a few minutes before shooting. Be nice please.

Why would, or should, I have any respect for my enemy. There is no such thing as a "fair fight." The only exception to this is if you're fighting as a sport (i.e boxing or MMA). In the streets, there are no rules!

@Sorhaindo Dude, do you believe everything that you see in the movies? People were just as grimy back then as they are today. There is no such thing as honor/honour when you're trying to kill someone. Why would anyone respect an opponent when they're trying to kill them? I wouldn't. I'd shoot an opponent in the back and not feel anything wrong with it. You need to stop watching these bullshit movies because they are going to get you killed, or beat down badly, one of these days

The club sequence was done with 1 plain light. The light colours was done in Adobe premeiere.

Yes man! Sticklickin'. Anyone know if this is still done in Barbados? My mother used to talk about men fighting with guava branches. I train in Filipino stickfighting. Would be cool to learn the Bajan version.
