Hopefully you'll read this but, i went through something quite similar but not as significant. i managed to tear my Frenulum on the "head", which you can search up if you like, is also not a very lovely injury to sustain - that said i can only imagine the experience, hope the docters treated you well, cause tha'ts the only thing that helped me along :P

There is no penis bone. If you mean you tore the suspensory ligament which connects the penis to the pelvis bone. I don't see how you could tear your urinary tract which is located beneath. This is a very interested case you just described. Would be good if you could show the doctors report.
