@geilersimon code 3 usually means lights/sirens when responding. code 2 usually means light with no siren or only use siren to clear intersections

@BOOST15673 Most law enforcement if not all use all blue lights. Atlanta PD uses blue/white in the deck lights in the back on the inside of their cars but as far as blue/white combos if im not mistaken not many agencies use white most just blue I live in Dekalb and they use all blue lights but feel free to correct me if someone finds something different
