Hmm...Soviet has Tanya which is a commando sniper that has the best range as infantry, but Japan has shinobi that have shorter distances to kill infantry....

The game plays differently from C&C 3. The economy is much different, for one. The game focuses more on unit counters than spamming a single type of unit. Also, many more units have secondary abilities, meaning you have tons of options at your disposal. Plus, combat in the seas isn't the only involvement in water - you can also build most of your structures on water, meaning "sea bases" are now very possible and very effective. If you still aren't interested, you're hopeless. Move along.
