You're right. Both hormonal exposure and environment have been shown to come into play... but then again, Bill and Tom basically led the same life from day one, so can we really expect them to have different sexual orientations?... I don't know. Maybe.
I just think that people who decide that Bill is gay just from the way he looks or acts fail to consider the whole picture.
I wouldn't fall off my chair if he ever confessed to being gay, but for all I know now, he's straight.

@HijaDelMar6 The person's life experience after birth has a lot to do with it too, just so you know. DNA doesn't define it all, and does not determine a person's sexuality.

If I may comment on your other comment about Bill's coming out though, I doubt that day will ever come. Studies nowadays suggest (if not unquestionably show) that a person's sexuality has a lot to do with the levels of testosterone present in the mother's womb and affecting the foetus during pregnancy. Now considering that Bill has a very-much-heterosexual twin, that would make him most likely straight as well, and the mannerism merely part of his style.
