I met Ron Silver in Auckland, New Zealand when he came to train in Latin percussion, he was a great guy, friendly, cheerful, a very nice guy with whom I shared fun moments and good conversation. I am so happy to have met him, such a Hollywood figure, I feel priviledge, and I was so shocked and sad to learn that he has died. My good friend Ron, rest in peace, the world has lost a great guy!

Ron Silver, rest his soul, was a great actor, but I have to admit, I think he was a right fool to support President Bush after all that mess, and even take part in making "Fahrenhype 9/11" to criticise Michael Moore.

OMG; Ron Silver passed away? This is the 1st I learned of it. A great loss to the acting profession. A very talented and exceptionally intelligent human being we lost. May he RIP. And condolences to all that love him. PEACE.

Hey, it was our own government that brought those towers down. The government depends on ignoramises, which is our usual public, to believe otherwise. Study the tapes on YouTube. My son went into a 2-month depression when he realized how duped the US is. All to start a war. I personally believe that Bush cut a deal with Obama, hence, the reason they could not find him. He was being protected. God, Americans are so gullible.

I had seen this interview a few months ago. It seems all the more poignant now.
He was so articulate and intelligence. I can't think of too many celebrities who could hold my interest like Ron Silver could. He will be missed very much.
