This is my Father In Law backing my boat trailer down the ramp. It takes him a while. The best part about it he's sober.

  • @joshua3three what?

  • I've seen a lot worse! Sure he was over-correcting but he basically got it down there in one hit. I say cut the guy some slack.

  • As we say here in Ireland--- "He wouldnt drive his finger up his hole"!!!!!!!!

  • @eziey16 I WORK AT A MOTORSPORTS STORE! AT LEAST 15 TRAILERS A DAY COME IN THAT I HAVE TO LOAD AND UNLOAD! ANYTHING FROM 8FT TO 40FT! I BACK AROUND FOURWHEELERS AND MOTORCYCLES. YOU CAN BACK A TRAILER BETTER THEN ME.. OK YOUR ONE LAUNCH ON A OPEN RAMP IS GOOD PRACTICE... LOL OK BUDDY

  • @Slitripper5000 i thought you were commenting on this trailer, not " ifs " ... and i promise you, i can back in a trailer better than you... im actually on the water all year with not only boat trailers, but all kinds and im not the weekend warrior you probably are during only the summer... and working at a watersports shop doesnt mean youre good at backing a trailer

  • @eziey16 lol, ok well when the trailer is narrower then the truck, or the trucks mirros are short what are you going to do? Whats easier, check both mirrors or look out the back window and see every part of the trailer? I promise you the best way to back up a trailer is with the gate down, unless you want to watch every inch you back up looking in both mirrors

  • Leave that lady alone. She knows she is big and I guarantee she does not like being big. So if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

  • @Slitripper5000 its called using your side mirrors and looking at the trailer wheels, the trailer is wider than the truck... you dont need the tailgate down

  • @RandmGye Ok? Ive pulled a boat 7 summers in a row, worked at a water sports shop, backed up thousands of trailers, i could back a trailer into a compact parking space sideways... Dont tell me I shouldnt be behind the wheel, seeing the trailer would help him, clearly he cant see where the trailer is pointed...
