KensaiZen dont know jack!!! Thais were influenced by the khmers..even thai sak yant tattoos are in ancient khmer sanskrit.. nothin against thais, world peace, one love.
@BokatorNinja09 thats not being ignorant. Thats just being stupid :) The pre historic people did not have an identity. How can we call them african? africa did not exist back then. There was just simply Land. Though new discoveries (only saw the documentary last week) says there is now 3 ancestors of the modern man, and not all of them are from africa o.O history changes with new evidence.
@KensaiZen the only ignorance i find are in africans they been making fake ridiculous films on thai, khmer, malays, and basically every southeast asian country saying that we are africans in asia they used the excuse because of the first people that walked out of africa what do you have to say about these ignorant africans?
@BokatorNinja09 The hate that is in the people stems from government propaganda and ignorance. Only through knowledge or "absolute" ignorance can we find peace :) Pride+Assumption based history = conflict. Its the case for both sides.
@KensaiZen ok i get what youre saying, thanks for the info, i see that our country share the same things, there might be diferences here and there but in the end we are all humans, equal no one bigger than the other or no one lower than the other, i have a girlfriend she's half khmer/thai her father is khmer and her mom is thai they dont seem to let history differences interfere with the love that they have for each other
@BokatorNinja09 The Tai movements within the area coincides with the previous territory of Mon dvaravati. The central Thai are a mix of Mon and Tai. There must be some Khmer in there too as everyone in the lived around everyone, but khmer powerbase and dense population was in the area of Cambodia. Austro blood in Siamese is Tai+Mon. The Mon are quiet about their culture but it was vast.
Thai and khmer dancers arent identical!! Lol you can definitely tell the differences, some simalarities of course but not identical.
