Not true.
In fact quite the opposite. I have clients who are content to look for the best value and in a couple of cases this likely means that they may not be ready to write an offer on a Vancouver home for sale for a few more months.
For me it is about the customer service and ensuring they get the property they want at the best price when they are ready.
Now I can't just take on any 'client' who implies they may want to buy a Vancouver condo some day.
I need to qualify my potential clients to ensure they are someone I want to work with and are serious about buying or selling. If they can show me that they are and how they will do it, I look at it as a long term relationship that will hopefully extend across multiple transactions over many years.
