You have to be kidding me. Southwest lecturing someone on how to dress?????? They have the most unprofessionally dressed crew in the industry. Most of the flyeres on a monday morning flight on any legacy airline are better dressed than a Southwest FA. Their FA's wear SHORTS!!!! I have never seen a female SW employee wearing a dress or a male wearing a tie and jacket!
