Rental housing at $2500 a month is affordable to whom? Who cannot buy housing who can pay $2500 a month to rent an apartment in a highrise? And what idiot WOULD pay that for a suite in a 'purpose-built' highrise, whatever THAT means. STIR is a nightmare and serves no one but developers.
