KAVALAM SRIKUMAR SINGING BEFORE SWAMY IN WHITE FIELD.
This was a rare experience with Swamy during Vishu festival. Swamy listened to an instruement ensemble and after the programme came down and distributed prasada to each and every artist. Finally Swamy reached before Kavalam Srikumar, gave prasada and asked him to sing. This was the rarest of experience to be remembered for the whole life. Fortunately this was captured by the videographer.

Sai ram..Shri Kavalam Srikumar - What a lucky man u are..U have done many good things in your previous birth. That's why u got such an great chance to sing in-front of our beloved bhagavan and he listened the entire song in standing position. Oh swami your prema is endless .thanks for posting...

Sai Ram, I happened to be a witness to this beautiful dialogue in music between the Divine and the devotee. It brought tears to our eyes seeing our beloved Swami stand there and listen to this lovely song. In fact this was after the formal program for the evening had ended. Swami brushed away the chair which was brought for Him. Later we got to know (I'm not very sure though) that it was the singer's deep desire to sing this song with Swami standing before Him and dear Swami fulfilled it.

What a Blessing!!! Devotees wait for months to have the darshan of Swami and here Swami waits patiently,nay,enjoys the song..and patting the singer..what a scene to watch..Swami must have been reminded of Purandara das,I guess.
