Don't have a butter mold? No problem! We show you how easy it is to shape your butter, mess-free. You also get to see an antique butter mold in action. This is an excerpt from Lesson 3 of the Cultured Dairy and Basic Cheese eCourse at GNOWFGLINS: http://gnowfglins.com/yt-dairy

  • should be easy enough to make a press such as that. can even try a plastic butter mold similar to that. butter should slide out even easier than a wooden one.

  • @MikeAK147 it depends on what cream you used:)

  • this was extremely helpful! now... where to find a cheap butter press?! Any ideas?
