Yup. He 'stole Kakashi'. And every other time, when Kakashi has come up, the reply has been '...'. Search as hard as you will, they've done absolutely everything possible to make him out to be dead, whilst NOT ever saying so definitively. TYhat's what makes me think otherwise.

Kakashi is possibly not dead. Why? Because A) They keep on skirting around the topic, they've never actually once said he was dead. B)Tsunade actually said they were still alive, she just didnt think Kakashi would make it. C) If they were killing off Kakashi, they would make it a truly epic fight of several chapters, of him fighting, dying and flashabacks, as is befitting of a major character. Rather than two chapters of a lame fight, and a quarter of flashback.

Gaara is the generation of Naruto, all the serie was the leave place to the new strongest generation, the Will of Fire... Kakashi and Jiraya are fro the other generation and Kakashi talked to his dad, dead fro a long time... I dont think he will be restored to life, unfortunatly. Same thing for Jiraya.
