A "tummy tuck" for a FIFTY-EIGHT year old woman is done to strengthen her abdominal muscles and probably to bring up her bladder as well. The surgery will then help strengthen her back as she has better ab control. The breast sag with pregnancy and age so the "breast lift" brings them back to a normal level on the chest. With exercise after she could have kept herself in much better shape and not had spinal degeneration or osteoporosis so this isn't all about vanity.
