I went to see Matt Wertz a few days ago and he played this song, telling about how he wrote it for his grandfather who passed away. In light of the recent Heath Ledger tragedy, the entire time I couldn't take my mind off of the actor. So I came home and made this in about an hour. Not great, but I had a need to do it.
