I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
4) Perform high intensity interval training.

@5l4y3r and that is excatly the problem. the world is full of guys knowing what they are talking about, but SHOWING is better than knowing. obv this guy is a better woman (words/min) than a SPORTScoach.
Think about it. would u prefer a doug-bag speech with headache and NO visible effects or with a sports-guy doing his job intuitively perfect but could not put it in intellectual words?

I see this type of trainers in the gym all the time, they go to school never exersice and think that they know everything.

Seems like SOMEONE just found out that there's a word called eccentric. : P
But I have an even more eccentric personal trainer, so I doubt this man did any research before proclaiming that he's the most eccentric of them.
