  • Good form on the DL. Stance, scapula over bar, drag up the shins, hip extension all really good. Do you have a hand injury? You have an opposed grip and straps for a weight you put up very easily. Should develop your grip strength since that is your weak link. Once you reach your maximum weight for a regular grip, then switch to an opposed grip.
