  • there's not a single video on internet with roy jones working the heavy bag

    wtf¿

  • what is that song called playing in the background??

  • The thing I hate about Roy is his defense; he relies too much on his feet movement instead of him covering with the gloves.

  • If the sound of the speedbag is the music your ears enjoy, than you love boxing!

  • hey guys check out my double end bag video and lemme know what u think...nothing like roy tho hes filthy on that thing

  • :(

aw man...hes half the fighter he used to be. hes training was below par here...age creeping up to him...

much love and respect to him. always.

  • After getting caught, steroid wise, he wasn't ever the same. As a boxing fan I could never call him the greatest because he wasn't clean when he was p4pking.

  • Roy Jones has that "Knock you out in the first round but your mind wont register it til the 12th round when you collapse all of a sudden" speed LOL.

  • The greatest, period

  • The great thing about boxing that differs from team sports is you often don't just root for a fighter because he's from your home town like a team sport. I'm from L.A so naturally I root for the Lakers but with fighters it's almost like they choose you there's something about them that makes you want to root for them. I love my fellow Roy fans you guys see exactly what I see in him. In his day it wasn't whether he was going to win or lose it was just how good was he going to look winning.
