RIDE or DIE for my TRAV!!!! You know this, man! And to comment on the video, I concur. I am actually adopted; me and my three little sisters. I am sooooooo thankful for that because I don't think I would have become the person I am today if it weren't for my parents either. I feel you!

I think as children we often look at our parents as super human type characters. Failing to understand that they too are just as human as we are, and although we'd like them to act a certain way, or a be a certain type of person, most of them are learning their way through this thing of life just like us. We have to take that into account. It's easier to say a person should step up and be a parent once with child, but like you said, they may not have the mental capacity or ability to do so.

@freeahmier You're absolutely right. I went through that whole process as a child...wondering why neither of my parents 'wanted' me. I quickly learned that everything happens for a reason.
