players like Austin Rivers, Josh Selby are only really good without structure. When they have to do a specific basketball scheme or skill, they suffer and cant produce. You gotta work harder than everyone else to be better or to keep up. A lot of guys struggle because the work is not put in. I saw a pre draft workout Rivers did with portland, and he looked super out of shape, and terrible...now look at how his season turned out...
