  • I think there's a bigger answer here. However definitiely use analytics tools to capture movement on your site. Leverage gating forms / controls on content and landing pages. Also capture campaign related data from webinars, email marketing and other events. Bring all that data together in a marketing automation system and CRM platform. Keeping the data separate wont give you a good picture when a client calls or emails as to what they've done.
