Young Hollywood lends its fame to the official Stand Up to Cancer PSA. Keep watching.

Hey everyone. Thanks for coming back to the show, I'm Dana Ward for ClevverTV and today we're talking about the new star-studded Stand Up to Cancer PSA. This public service announcement shows some of our favorite celebrities running through the odds of doing something - from the UNlikely like being struck by lightning or dating a supermodel to the more likely like tripping while texting. Dakota Fanning is at the lead, giving voiceover like 'Odds of becoming an astronaut, 1 in 13M-200k while showing Logan Lerman in a space suit as well as 'odds of being trapped in an elevator, 1 in 24K-528' as Zac Efron gets stuck with a whole lotta young girls. It's definitely an entertainment PSA also featuring Kristen Bell, Vanessa Hudgens, Olivia Munn, Andrew Garfield, Jon Heder, Naya Rivera and William Moseley. Of course, we learn some sobering facts about cancer, 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will get cancer in their lifetime. The stars say that it's up to us to change the odds for our generation, asking us to Stand Up to Cancer. The official live show - which features even more celebrities and power players - airs across most networks on September 10th at 8pm/7central. That's when you can learn more about cancer, donate money to cancer research, hear touching stories and receive some extra entertainment from celeb volunteers. If you want to hear more about the Stand Up to Cancer event as well as get updates from all the celebrities involved with it, be sure to go to YouTube.com/ClevverTV and click subscribe. Thanks so much for watching the show. I'm Dana Ward, see ya next time!

  • @standbyurside12 No, more men gets cancer than women. Odds of men getting cancer = 1/2 = 50% chances. Odds of women getting cancer = 1/3 = 33,33% chances.

  • I love his blue eyes. But why is there more women getting cancer than men? That makes me scared

  • logan lerman is the best on here!

  • @cenia3003 not necessarily, it's an average, a shocking one at that.

I think it's great that big names and celebrities are getting involved in projects like this, to help raise awareness of this dreadful condition. It's good to know that the influence and fame that some people have is being used to raise awareness for such a worthwhile cause. I admire them for that.

  • lo mejor de todo es k sale dakota
