Love and Theft - "Runaway" (Acoustic Cover)

WOOO what's shakin' everybody!?! I finally got to playing a little guitar here. Too many people were nagging me to post more videos ;) so I figured I'd better put one up. So here it is, hope you like. I'm definitely rusty...just not finding the time to play as much these days! There are two guitar tracks throughout (one doing the picking, then a 2nd strumming in the choruses), as well as some 3 part harmony which was fun to try and record (I am not meant to sing that high!).

Anyways - awesome tune, I expect big things from these guys! I'm looking forward to the album dropping (Aug. 25th!)

how do u get your guitar to pick up so clear on the mic, mine sounds all bassy when i record and it sucks :[ and yes i have new strings, a decent guitar, and a good mic. idk what to do :[

Hmmm...not sure what to tell you. Maybe you need to play the levels on your sound card? ie. turn down the bass/turn up the treble...?
