Do to fact the last lighthouse keeper we know will turn 84 on Nov 15,2008 Lemuel Moreau he past away May 2009 bad health and we did this for his many years of service and all of the Light Keepers everywhere for the great work they did! He past away few month ago!This is a dying way of life and traditions, gone from so many people. We hope this video will help just a little bit to keep the memories going of good Light Keepers and their family. Happy Birthday dad from all your family! We love you forever!

Great video, similar plight facing former Lighthouse Keepers in Scotland, I am 56 and was one of the youngest Keepers before automation cut swaythe. I too would like to keep the memory of Keepers by writing a book and posting some poems on youtube
