Your definitely not getting all you can out of that. your time was not 5.5. The video started with the car already moving and ended possibly even before you hit 60...

Put the car in DS (with VDC off) and use the paddle shifters if you have the S model, or if not, shift using the tip-tronic (up/down). The car in normal DS will upshift before you get the full power and can also hold the gear too long and stall first gear a bit if you floor it.
