I need this program because I have been training consistently for vertical jump since age13 (im 20 now). I first dunked a basketball at age 18 but haven't made much progress since then. I am completely dedicated to training, it keeps me motivated to achieve my goals. I am 5'10" and want to be the best dunker I can possibly be. Thank you.

I'm a 6'3 sophomore (also one of the tallest on our team) who can dunk the ball sometimes, but can't seem to to dunk it consistently what can i do to or need to do to consistently dunk the ball because everyone seems to be catching me now ...

Im a 5-11 freshmen. Ive dunked the ball once i’ve got really good hops and can get the rim easy but need a little more to be able to throw it down all the time and anyway.

@steventar - LOL, but they need to show someone between 5'9-6'0 doing all this. Dude look like he about 6'6 and up.

Well i am 5 foot 10 i can almost dunk. It seems like these last few inched are tough. Anyway i am a junior in highschool, and one of the best in my league, if not the best. Not to sound cocky though. Anyway if i can get that extra jump i feel like more people will start to watch more of our teams games, a look at me more.

Im 14 6 '2 1/2". I am wanting to be in this program because i can grab rim now. I am white. I need help to be able to excel in my basketball performance. I want to be able to dunk with no problem. No one has ever dunked in a game at my school I'm a super small 1-A, might have 30 kids in my whole high school put together got 8 kids in my class

Listen I dont know if you've already sent the JOTG workout but I could use that workout a lot considering im 5'10" and just about everybody at my school passed me in highth. I work very hard at basketball with my three point shot but I really want to put the icing on the cake by increasing my vert leap. Right now im at about 26" vert. So please pick me to be the lucky guy to get this!

I'm 5'5, 14 years old and I can touch backboard but I'm 4 inches away from touching rim
i need this program because i need to make my high school basketball team from already being cut. i know jumping is not what makes you better, but i know it would really help to have me dunking at such a young age. i'm 15 years old, 5'10 white male. i have alot of respect for this program and wish the best for you guys.

i want to be the next athlete to get their head to the rim because i am very short and often made fun of for never making the basketball team. I think that if I can jump higher it will make me a much better player and have a better chance of making the ball team. I've tried everything and nothing works and with this free JOTG workout it will determine whether or not i buy the JOTG program.
