H2O. Valentine's Day. part 3

When Valentine's Day arrives, the girls worry about what their boyfriends will do for them. Bella tries to get close to Will, who doesn't seem to notice her. Cleo's father meets Samantha, a woman who is in charge of his boat's license, but Kim accidentally pushes her into the water. Cleo tells Lewis of her dislike of fishing, twice. The second time really hurting his feelings "If I want to fish I'll just go grab one." and he spends the rest of the afternoon alone. Rikki also loses her temper with Zane, but later apologizes after the cafe is closed for the night. Lewis comes over in a tuxedo, a rose in hand, and it is presumed Cleo goes out with him for a romantic evening.
