You know in a way some good came out of this. This guy is like a legend now for clocking the camera man. Nobody will get more attention then he will on the net for doing it!

OK this my first time seeing this performance and after watching the other vids of this I kind of felt sorry for the cameraman, but after seeing how this is a tradition and it was totally expected that the sousaphone player was going to be doing this and he was even featured talking about it, I have no sympathy for the cameraman and am actually annoyed that he ruined this guy's big moment of dotting the "i" by being in his way.
