It's the same thing, the whole name of this knife is: Champagne Jaguar Deluxe Heavy Duty Butterfly Flipper Knife (Bead Blast SER).

Oh, okay. The one you're talking about is pretty much the same design, but it does not have a semi-serrated blade and it has black inserts in the handles. Personally I'd stay away from handle inserts, my last knife had those and it fell apart pretty quickly.
