Frankie, a Wisconsin Puppy Mill Dog's 1st Romp On Grass.AVI

This is a video of Frankie a 14 week old puppy mill victim I met in a SW WI puppy mill. Frankie wasn't good enough for Madison & Milwaukee petstores because of a rear leg deformity at birth. He was left alone in the wire floored elevated cage while his siblings left with the broker. My intent wasnt to buy a dog, just to see the mill's conditions. His future wasn't clear so I paid $15 down and returned a week later to get him with my friend Jamie Paige. Arrangements were made with the Clark County Humane Society to find a good home for him. This is his
1st experience on real grass and running free. It was a heart warming experience for all. Thank's to Chuck & Cheri Wegner & CCHS for giving Frankie the life he deserves. Puppy Mills exist because of pet stores selling puppies. ADOPT from a shelter!
